Engineered for the relentless demands of shipboard and offshore kitchens, the Lang® Marine double-deck deck-type oven delivers powerful, even heat in a rugged, space-saving package that bolts securely to the galley deck.

  • Two reinforced 38 in × 30 in baking decks – each holds two full-size (18 × 26 in) sheet pans.
  • Total output 12 kW (6 kW per deck) with top & bottom Incoloy-sheathed elements for uniform baking, roasting, or finishing.
  • Wide 100 – 550 °F thermostat and 3-heat selector (top only • bottom only • both).
  • Marine-rated, spring-loaded pull-down doors double as loading platforms and stay latched in heavy seas.
  • 430 stainless-steel exterior (#4 finish) resists corrosion; aluminized-steel interior is fully insulated on all six sides.
  • 16 in stainless, angular bolt-down legs keep the oven fixed to the deck.
  • Recessed, right-side control panel with mechanical thermostat, 60-minute timer, and manual vent rod – no electronics to fail at sea.
  • Stacked two-high from the factory – no field-stacking kit required.
  • Certified Marine-cUL & NSF for commercial galley use.
  • Ships with one heavy-duty chrome rack; additional racks optional.
