Purpose-built for life at sea, the Lang® Marine double-deck oven brings full-size baking capacity to compact shipboard galleys. Two independent 12"-high decks let you bake, roast or finish different menu items at once, while rugged 430 stainless steel construction, bolt-down legs and hatchable design make installation and day-to-day operation worry-free—even in heavy seas.
