Model DO361M • 6 kW • Marine-cUL & NSF ListedPurpose-built for shipboard galleys, the Lang Marine DO361M gives you full-size baking power in a compact, bolt-down package that passes easily through a 26" × 66" watertight hatch. Heavy-duty stainless construction, precise deck-style heat, and a rugged pull-down door make this oven the reliable workhorse your crew can count on—no matter how rough the seas get.
