Robust Aluminum Frame
Frame is built from 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" hi-tensile aluminum square tubing with welded construction, ground and polished to a uniform finish.
Customizable Laminated Body Panels
Features a front panel and 7" rear apron made of plastic laminate on .063 aluminum, with the finish color specified by the owner.
Integrated Refrigerated Frost Top
Includes a WF series drop-in refrigerated frost top, made of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel with a raised perimeter bead and solid vinyl gasket.
Efficient Frost Plate
The 14 gauge stainless steel frost plate has copper tubing firmly soldered to its exterior bottom for optimal cooling performance.
High-Density Insulation
The frost top unit is fully insulated with 1-1/2" thick high-density fiberglass and polystyrene, enclosed with an 18 gauge galvanized steel outer case.
Condensate Management System
A 1/2" full perimeter gutter surrounds the frost top to collect melted condensate, with a 1" IPS drain provided for easy disposal.
Self-Contained Refrigeration
Equipped with a fully self-contained condensing unit, featuring a hermetically sealed compressor and an on/off toggle switch. The system is fully charged with CFC-free refrigerant and ready to operate.
Mobile Design with Locking Casters
Features 5" diameter, non-marking rubber tired, swivel casters with ball bearings and grease fittings. Both casters on the operator's side include toe-activated brakes for secure positioning.
Modular Locking Device
An integral locking device ensures proper alignment and retention when two or more CARF series carts are joined together.
