Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Top
Constructed of 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, die-formed, welded, ground, and polished for superior durability and a clean appearance. Includes an integral locking device to align and retain cart positioning when multiple units are joined.
Hi-Tensile Aluminum Frame
The cart's frame is built from 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" hi-tensile aluminum square tubing with welded construction, ensuring a robust and stable structure.
Laminate Paneled Body
The body features front and two end panels made of plastic laminate on .063 aluminum, allowing for owner specified finishes and aesthetic customization.
Integrated Refrigerated Frost Top
Includes a WF series drop-in refrigerated frost top constructed of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel. The frost plate is 14 gauge stainless steel with copper tubing for efficient cooling, designed to stand 1" above the counter for attractive food display.
Fully Insulated Frost Top
The frost top is fully insulated with high-density fiberglass and polystyrene, enclosed within an 18 gauge galvanized steel outer case, ensuring maximum cold retention. Features a 1/2" full perimeter gutter and a 1" IPS drain for condensate collection.
Refrigerated Storage Base
An RB Series double-wall constructed base with a 20 gauge, type 304 stainless steel interior liner with coved corners. Insulated with 1" of high-density polystyrene for optimal temperature control.
High Capacity Refrigerated Base
The interior of the refrigerated base is provided with a slide assembly to accommodate 15 full-size 12" x 20" pans across two doors, offering 10 cubic feet of backup cold storage.
Insulated Stainless Steel Doors
The base doors are double-wall constructed of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, fully insulated with high-density polyurethane. They feature edge-mounted, chrome-plated hinges and a slam action latch with a moisture-proof gasket for secure sealing.
Self-Contained Refrigeration Systems
Two independent, self-contained condensing units are provided: one for the frost top and one for the refrigerated base. Each features a hermetically sealed compressor and thermostat control. The base also includes a forced air evaporator and condensate evaporator, making the unit ready to operate upon plugin.
User-Friendly Electrical
Wired for 120 volt, single-phase operation, equipped with an on/off thermostat switch and pilot light, and includes a 6' long, 3-wire cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
Heavy-Duty Swivel Casters with Brakes
Mounted on 5" diameter, non-marking rubber tired, swivel casters with ball bearings and grease fittings. Two casters on the operator's side are equipped with toe-activated brakes for secure placement.
