• Enclosed stainless front & sides hide plumbing and product; open rear allows fast access.
• Fixed 18 ga. stainless undershelf on rear stores backup pans, ice or utensils.
• 1" I.P.S. drain quickly removes melt-water to keep food at safe temperatures.
• Foamed-in-place fiberglass insulation extends ice life and reduces condensation.
