High Performance Open Burners

Robust Grate Design

Heavy-duty cast grates, measuring 12" x 12½" in the front and 12" x 14½" in the back, are designed for easy lift-off and can accommodate large stock pots. Integrated aeration bowls enhance burner efficiency.

Includes two baker's depth standard ovens. The left oven is 23,000 BTU/hr. and the right oven is 35,000 BTU/hr. Both have porcelain bottoms and door panels, adjustable thermostats from 250°F to 500°F, and come with two racks and four rack positions each.

Ample Oven Capacity
