Built in the USA for high-volume commercial kitchens, the Legion TWSWT-40 delivers 40 gallons of fast, even cooking power in a compact wall-bracket package. A full 304 L stainless jacket surrounds a seamless 304 stainless kettle liner, while a self-locking worm-gear tilt lets one person portion or completely empty the kettle with confidence. Rated at 30 psi, this workhorse is ready for your central steam system.
