60-Inch Griddle

The griddle section features a 1-inch highly polished steel plate heated by one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches.

Provides (2) standard oven bases with stainless steel lining, removable oven interiors, and one chrome-plated rack per oven.

Manual Griddle Controls

This model uses manual griddle controls and does not include a temperature thermostat for the griddle section.
