High-Temperature • Drain Water Energy Recovery • ENERGY STAR®Designed for the busiest kitchens, the CL54-DWR “Flow” powers through up to 245 racks every hour while using just 0.47 gal of fresh water per rack. Its Drain Water Energy Recovery (DWER) system harvests heat from waste water to pre-warm the incoming supply, cutting energy costs and eliminating the need for additional drain tempering hardware.
