The 17 inch Add-A-Unit delivers a heavy 1″ steel plate, precise manual control and reliable electronic ignition—perfect for à la carte finishing, breakfast service or menu expansion.

- 1″ (25 mm) thick precision-ground steel griddle plate resists warping and maintains temperature stability.
- Hi-Lo manual valve lets chefs dial in sear or gentle hold zones on the fly.
- Electronic spark ignition with Sentry ® flame failure protection—no standing pilots to re-light.
- Full stainless steel front, sides & door withstand heavy kitchen abuse and simplify wipe-downs.
- Deep removable grease drawer and clip-on stainless backsplash keep the line clean.
- Built-in storage base (14" W x 32-1/2" D x 20-1/2" H) adds pan or utensil capacity below the cook surface.
- 6" (152 mm) chrome-steel adjustable legs for easy leveling or integration with casters.
