The Garland Master Series MST6T-E is a 17 inch wide, modular even-heat hot top that drops into any Master Series line-up to give you rock-solid holding, finishing and sauté capacity with the legendary durability chefs expect from Garland.

- One heavy-duty, cast-iron “H” burner delivers a total 27 000 BTU / 7.90 kW blanket of heat.
- Extra-heavy cast-iron heat distribution sections minimise hot spots and recover quickly after loading.
- Electronic spark ignition – no standing pilots, faster start-up and energy savings.
- Sentry total flame-failure protection instantly shuts off gas if the flame is lost.
- Stainless-steel front & sides resist corrosion and wipe clean in seconds.
- Low-profile 1 ½ in seating flanges let the unit “Add-A-Unit” to existing Master-Series ranges, fryers or bases.
- Front 1 ¼" NPT gas connection (rear connection optional) simplifies line-ups; factory capping/cover available.
- Backguard compatible – required on all Master Series modular units for safe operation.
- Certified CE • CSA Flame • CSA Star • NSF for worldwide commercial kitchens.
