- (3) high-performance “H” style burners deliver a combined 90,000 BTU/hr for rapid recovery under heavy loads.
- Electric spark ignition and Sentry total flame-failure protection on every burner—no standing pilot and maximum operator safety.
- Stainless-steel front, sides and burner box withstand daily scrubbing, steam and corrosive kitchen environments.
- Heavy-gauge aluminized steel radiation baffle system evens out top-surface temperatures and boosts burner efficiency.
- Separate brass valve for each burner gives you pinpoint control from gentle simmer to full power.
- 1-1/4" NPT front gas connection (rear connection optional) simplifies installation in new or replacement line-ups.
- Field-convertible to propane with factory kit.
