- 7 ½" stainless steel front rail protects valves and provides a handy plating shelf.
- One-piece stainless steel crumb / drip tray slides out for fast cleanup.
- Stainless steel front & sides stand up to the toughest commercial kitchens.
- Total input: 70,000 BTU (20.51 kW) natural / 64,000 BTU (18.74 kW) propane.
