Cleveland Range – Model SD-450-K6Get true steam-powered performance in the smallest possible footprint. Cleveland’s SD-450-K6 combines a 6-gallon 2/3-jacketed kettle with a low-profile, 18-inch-wide stainless cabinet, complete drain system, faucet and factory-plumbed steam controls—arriving ready to connect to any 5-45 psi direct-steam line.

- 6-gallon (23 L) capacity cooks ≈160 × 4 oz portions per batch.
- 2/3 steam jacket surrounds food for even heating with no hot spots.
- 316 stainless steel liner handles acidic foods better than 304 SS.
- Manual, balanced tilt—smooth, controlled pouring with no gears or hydraulics.
- Low 18" (457 mm) cabinet height keeps the pour lip at a comfortable working level.
- Factory-installed Steam Control Kit (needle valve, trap, strainer, check valve & fittings).
- Full-width drain trough with 1 ½" male outlet plus sliding catch pan & splash shield.
- Double pantry faucet (separate hot & cold) with swing spout for filling and clean-up.
- Lift-off stainless cover speeds heat-up and minimizes energy loss.
- 50 psi jacket rating, chrome-plated safety valve; NSF & ASME listed.
