Cadco BLS-4FLD-1H is a full-size electric convection oven with an open base stand and full-size ventless hood.
It has a 4 cu. ft. stainless steel cooking chamber that holds four full-size sheet pans. Four wire shelves are included, while sheet pans are not included. Digital touch controls manage time, temperature, and humidity, with three baking steps and storage for up to 99 programs, including 12 Quick Access programs.
