- 4-stage filtration: stainless grease baffle, fiberglass pre-filter, true HEPA filter, and activated-carbon pack.
- Factory-installed ANSUL® R-102 system with manual pull station and appliance-shutoff interface.
- Airflow sensors disable cooking equipment if airflow drops or a filter is missing.
- 3,000 CFM horizontal discharge (field-convertible to vertical in minutes).
- (6) cool-white LED work lights (≈3,000 lumens total, 6000 K) brighten the entire cooking zone.
- All-stainless construction, sanitary welded seams, and 6"–8" adjustable legs.
- Ships through a standard 36" doorway; stand is movable—perfect for leased spaces.
- Accepts multiple electric appliances such as fryers, griddles, ovens, combis & more (see manual).
