The Smartsmoker PA001 is an electric, top-mounted smoke hood designed to mount directly on top of a smoker. It combines a removable grease filter with a one-speed exhaust fan and directs smoke through a 4-inch diameter outlet.
Constructed from 18-gauge polished stainless steel, the hood can be vented directly outside or under a commercial hood. A small amount of excess smoke is expected while unloading the smoker.
