The PizzaMaster PHTII-112X is a Type II oven-mount hood designed for PizzaMaster 112X series ovens and high-temperature environments up to 932°F (500°C).
It features 18 ga. stainless steel construction, indirect venting, standard grease baffle filters, and a field-cut exhaust collar. The hood is designed to connect to an external exhaust fan and speed controller; non-grease ductwork is not included.
