Transform almost any space into a high-volume baking station—no hard-ducted canopy required. Built by Halton exclusively for Moffat, the VH35-26 captures grease, steam and odours while condensing exhaust heat, helping you meet regulations and stay comfortable in the kitchen.

  • Activated charcoal odour filter—field-replaceable (#H11790).
• Integrated condensing heat exchanger lowers ambient kitchen temperatures.
• Self-contained condensate pan—no plumbing required.
• Optional 6 ft / 1.8 m remote drain hose (3/8″ OD) for permanent waste connection.
• Oven-interlocked controls prevent oven operation if the hood is off and provide alarm notification.
• Twin automatic 2-speed fans:
  • Low speed during cooking for reduced noise & energy use.
  • High speed 10 seconds before the end of the bake, and whenever the door opens.
• Plug-and-play 120 V connection with 6 ft NEMA 5-15P cordset.
• All-stainless welded construction—easy to clean, built to last.
