Ventless Condensing Design
Removes the need for installation of a canopy or ducted oven hood.
Three-Stage Filtration
Uses grease baffle filters, mesh particle filters, and a replaceable charcoal odor filter.
Condensing Heat Exchanger
Helps reduce heat emissions from the oven vent during operation.
Self-Contained Condensate Collection
Condensate drains to a collection pan below the oven, so a waste drain connection is not required.
Optional Remote Drain Setup
Condensate can be routed to a permanent waste drain if a field drain connection is preferred.
Oven Interlocked Operation
The oven will not operate unless the hood is turned on, adding a safety and control interlock.
Automatic 2-Speed Extraction Fans
Low speed is used during idle or cooking, with automatic high speed before cycle end and when the oven door opens.
304 Stainless Steel Construction
Built with a welded casing and stainless steel service panels for durability and easy maintenance.
Included Installation Kit
Supplied with an installation kit for connection and fitment to compatible Turbofan ovens and stand arrangements.
