Ventless Condensing Design
Provides a duct-free hood solution for compatible Turbofan ovens and helps remove the need for a separate canopy or ducted oven hood.
3-Stage Filtration
Uses a removable grease baffle filter, removable mesh particle filter, and replaceable charcoal odor filter to help manage grease and odors.
Condensing Heat Exchanger
Condenses oven vent exhaust and helps reduce heat emissions from the cooking area.
Automatic 2-Speed Extraction Fan
Runs at low speed during idle or cooking, then automatically increases extraction speed before the cook cycle ends and when the oven door opens.
Oven-Interlocked Operation
The oven will not operate unless the hood is on, and the hood provides alarm notification and an illuminated power switch.
Self-Contained Condensate Collection
Condensate drains to the collection pan below the oven, so a waste drain connection is not required for standard operation.
Optional Remote Drain Capability
Condensate can be routed to a permanent waste drain if desired, and a drain hose is supplied with the hood.
