Bring true ventless flexibility to your kitchen with the VH31 – a self-contained condensing hood that captures grease, smoke and heat right at the source, allowing you to install the Turbofan E31D4 wherever a traditional canopy simply won’t fit.

  • High speed 10 s before cook cycle end or whenever the door opens
• Oven-interlocked – the E31D4 cannot operate unless the hood is on.
• Plug-and-play 110–120 V NEMA 5-15P connection (only 1.0 A).
