The Scotsman Prodigy ELITE® MC0830SRX-32 is a remote-refrigeration modular cube ice maker with an air-cooled configuration and stainless steel finish.
It produces up to 813 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, with 729 lb AHRI-certified production at 90°F air and 70°F water. The unit makes small cubes and includes ICELINQ® mobile app connectivity, Bluetooth®, preservation mode, AutoAlert™ indicating lights, and WaterSense adjustable purge control.
