The Scotsman Prodigy ELITE® MC0530SRX-1 is a 30-inch modular ice maker with air-cooled operation and remote refrigeration. It produces up to 451 lb of small half-dice cube ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, with 369 lb per 24 hours of AHRI-certified production at 90°F air and 70°F water.
The integrated ICELINQ® mobile app and Bluetooth® connectivity provide access to machine status, settings, diagnostics and guided cleaning. Preservation mode, WaterSense adaptive purge, AutoAlert™ indicators and harvest assist support operation and maintenance.
Remote refrigeration is not included. The unit has a stainless steel finish, AgION™ antimicrobial protection, and 115 V, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical requirements.
