Built for high-volume foodservice, the Omcan CE-CN-G36TPF pairs a spacious 36" x 20" cooking surface with independent thermostatic zones, letting you sear burgers on one side while gently toasting buns on the other—all with pinpoint temperature control up to 90,000 BTU.

  • ¾" thick polished steel griddle plate for fast recovery and even heat distribution.
  • Three stainless steel burners with individual thermostatic valves (one every 12").
  • Full-width removable drip tray makes cleanup quick between rushes.
  • All-stainless exterior, large “cool-to-touch” dial controls, and heavy-duty adjustable feet.
  • ¾" rear gas connection; factory-set for natural gas.
