Installation Requirements
- Level surface rated for 120 lb minimum.
- 120 V / 15 A dedicated receptacle within 4 ft.
- Cold-water supply with 3/4" NH shut-off; 35–86 psi constant pressure.
- Food-grade CO2 supply stored upright; pressure 8 psi above water line.
- Fill internal ice-bank bath before first power-up.
Simple Maintenance
- Clean faucets daily with mild detergent or water/vinegar solution.
- Replace Micro Matic water filter every 3–6 months (volume dependent).
- Perform line cleaning at least every 6 months.
- Keep condenser grills free of dust and debris.
