Give your chefs authentic wok firepower without sacrificing safety, comfort or durability. The Imperial ICRA-3 Chinese range packs three high-output jet burners into an 84-inch, water-cooled deck that stays cooler, cleaner and ready for relentless service.

  • Water-cooled top & drain trough: keeps the cooking surface temperature in check and washes away food debris.

  • Knee-level “L” lever gas valves: adjust flame on the fly while both hands stay on the wok.
