The CS-WOK-16 gas wok range combines a 16 in. diameter wok ring with a 125,000 BTU burner and an all-stainless-steel exterior.
- Burner: Cast-iron burner with anti-clog duck-mouth brass jets.
- Controls: Brass gas valves with a knee “L” lever and standing pilot ignition.
- Construction: Corrosion-resistant stainless-steel finish, adjustable legs for leveling, and a spillage pan.
- Installation: 3/4 in. NPT manifold. Gas valves and pressure regulators are factory set for natural gas at sea level; LP gas conversion kits are not available.
- Clearances: 10 in. at the sides and rear.
