The Flexeserve HUB-1000 is an enclosed floor-model hot-holding unit for packaged hot food. It uses hot-air recirculation technology and includes 10 adjustable stainless steel shelves.

Standard features include double-glazed self-closing doors, smart LED lighting, a mirror-polished back panel, a standard ticket strip, a magnetic stainless steel canopy and base panel, and four castors.

The unit uses a NEMA 6-20P plug with 208 V, single-phase, 60 Hz electrical service at 14.4 A and 3,000 W. A 2-inch ventilation gap is required between the rear of the unit and solid surfaces.
