Hatco’s patented Flav-R-Savor® Air Curtain technology creates an invisible blanket of heated air that holds products between 80 °F and 175 °F (27 – 79 °C) while the built-in humidification system locks in moisture. Ideal for wrapped or boxed menu items, biscuits, pizza, chicken, ribs, burritos and more.
