A mirror-smooth 5/8" steel plate, dual 30,000 BTU burners and rugged American construction give you the speed, consistency and durability serious commercial kitchens demand.

  • Seam-welded cooking surface prevents grease “weep” and simplifies nightly clean-ups.
  • (2) stainless steel “U” burners—30,000 BTU each—for a powerful 60,000 BTU total output.
  • Independent manual brass valves with front-mounted standing pilots for instant ignition.
  • 3" splash guards on back & sides plus a 3" bull-nose landing keep operators protected.
  • Extra-wide 3" front trough funnels runoff to a high-capacity removable stainless steel grease drawer.
  • Double-wall chassis with stainless steel front & G90 galvanized sides resists heat and corrosion.
