The Carter-Hoffmann Economy Carter™ keeps up to 120 covered plates (10-1/2" Ø max) hot, secure, and ready for service—without the need for separate plate carriers. Built for demanding banquet and catering operations, it combines rugged all-welded construction with a quick-recovery blower heating system that lifts out in seconds for cleaning.
