The frame is constructed of 1-inch stainless steel tubing, welded to a 16 gauge stainless steel upper and lower deck. Dispensing tubes are made of 300 series stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene.

Each tube is equipped with a base-mounted heating element, a side-mounted thermostat, pilot light, and on-off switch located in the top flange, keeping plates at optimal serving temperatures.
