The MOPD series frame is constructed of 1-inch stainless steel tubing, welded to a 16 gauge stainless steel upper and lower deck with heavy-duty reinforcements to support the weight of the dish tubes. This all-stainless steel design ensures durability and sanitation.
Three Heated Dispensing Tubes
Features three self-elevating dispensing tubes made of 300 series stainless steel. Each tube includes a base-mounted heating element, a side-mounted thermostat, pilot light, and on-off switch in the top flange to keep dishes at optimal serving temperatures.
High Capacity
Each dispensing tube can hold up to 72 plates or 36 bowls, providing a total capacity of up to 216 plates or 108 bowls for the entire unit, suitable for busy environments.
Adjustable Self-Leveling Mechanism
The spring mechanism is easy to adjust, utilizing a combination of extension springs for field adjustment to achieve the required dispensing height for various dish weights.
