Each 12" x 20" hot food well is fully insulated with high-density fiberglass (1" thick on sides, 2" thick on bottom) to efficiently retain heat.
Individual Thermostat Controls
Each hot food well is independently controlled by its own thermostat, allowing for precise temperature management for different food items.
Positive Self-Locking Device
An integral locking device is provided to align and retain cart positioning, ensuring stability when two or more units are joined.
Mobile Design with Braking Casters
