Description
The Randell RS SSC-HCI-2 is an electric hot/cold combination well serving station with two sealed 12 in x 20 in food wells.
Each well has individual thermostatic controls and a Hot/Off/Cold switch for wet or dry hot holding and cold/frozen holding. The station features self-contained R-290 refrigeration, an adjustable pan ledge, an enclosed insulated cabinet base, and four swivel casters with front locking casters.
