WCM-HP Series Hot/Cold Pan
An integrated drop-in pan, constructed of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel with a raised perimeter bead and solid vinyl gasket for a secure, sealed fit.
High-Density Insulation
The pan is fully insulated with 1-3/8" thick high-density polystyrene on all sides and 1-1/2" thick on the bottom, encased in a 22 gauge galvanized steel outer case for maximum thermal efficiency.
Efficient Pan Liner Design
The interior liner features 1/4" radius coved corners for easy cleaning and has copper tubing firmly soldered to the exterior bottom and sides for effective temperature transfer.
Integrated Drain System
A 3/4" diameter drain with strainer, 4" brass nipple, and valve is provided for convenient water removal and cleaning.
Food Pan Separator Channels
Includes channels designed to securely hold standard 12" x 20" food pans in place within the well.
Immersion Heating Element with Safety Features
An immersion type heating element, located at the bottom of the pan with a perforated stainless steel sheath cover, includes a thermostat control. For safety, the element operates only when fully submerged in water and features an automatic cut-off if operated in a dry condition, along with a cut-off reset switch.
Self-Contained Refrigeration System
Equipped with a fully self-contained condensing unit, a hermetically sealed compressor, and a thermostat control. The system is fully charged with CFC-free refrigerant and ready for immediate operation.
Hot/Cold Selector Switch
The unit is pre-wired with a hot/cold selector switch that prevents dual operation, ensuring the unit functions exclusively as either a hot serving unit or a refrigerated cold pan at any given time.
Mobile Design with Locking Casters
Features 5" diameter, non-marking rubber tired, swivel casters with ball bearings and grease fittings. Both casters on the operator's side include toe-activated brakes for secure positioning.
Easy Plug-and-Play Electrical
The unit is pre-wired with required thermostat controls, pilot lights, and a 6' long, 3-wire cord with a twist lock plug for immediate use.
