Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the American Range ARSTG-24 pairs a massive 1" thick steel plate with precise modulating thermostats, giving you the power and consistency you need for perfect pancakes at breakfast and seared steaks at dinner.

  • 1" thick smooth, polished steel plate retains heat for faster recovery and even cooking.
  • Two U-shaped 30,000 BTU/hr aluminized steel burners (one every 12") — total 60,000 BTU.
  • Modulating thermostats with standing pilots hold set temps from 250 °F to 500 °F.
  • 3" welded backsplash plus 3 3/4" tapered side splashes contain grease & splatter.
  • 3" wide grease trough channels runoff into a stainless steel drawer (≈4.5 qt) for quick, mess-free clean-up.
  • Heavy-duty 4" adjustable stainless steel legs for a comfortable working height.
  • Full stainless steel front, sides, splashes, trough & drawer resist corrosion and wipe clean.
