- 8" D × 3⁄8" white poly cutting board with sanitary #302 stainless retaining shelf
- 20 ga. #302 stainless top & 22 ga. #430 stainless body for rugged daily use
- Galvanized open base featuring adjustable undershelf & bullet feet
