The Okanogan WS-SSR-57 is a single-spit rotisserie designed for use with the Wood Stone Mt. St. Helens 57-inch broiler.
Its rail system slides the rotisserie forward for loading and unloading and back for rotisserie cooking. The unit includes a single angle spit and wrap-around heat shield.
The rotisserie plugs into a standard 120 VAC outlet and must be vented as a solid-fuel appliance in accordance with applicable codes.
