The Wood Stone Mt. Saint Helens WS-SFB-57 is a 57-inch-wide, 36-inch-deep shallow-box solid-fuel charbroiler with nine 6-inch by 24-inch cast iron grates mounted on a stainless steel frame.

The insulated heat-sink style firebox is cast from dense, high-temperature ceramic. The unit has a stainless steel exterior, a stainless steel wood storage cabinet base, and four casters, including two locking and two non-locking casters.

Included tools are one grate tool, one particle shovel, and one 40-inch T-style floor brush. The charbroiler must be vented as a solid-fuel appliance using a Listed Type 1 exhaust hood or a hood constructed in accordance with NFPA 96 and applicable codes.
