The Wood Stone SG-BDL-O-WS-36.5-FF-PPA is a Type 1 hood for a Whatcom GVR rotisserie. It features a flat face, 430 stainless steel finish, and stainless steel filters.
The hood is pre-piped for an Ansul system and requires 750 CFM at 0.8 in. w.g. It includes duct and plenum nozzles, a fusible link holder, and a 450°F fusible link. The Ansul 102 system is customer supplied.
This hood is ETL Listed to UL 710 and is not suitable for rotisseries with an optional rear door.
