The Winholt Equipment NHPL-1825-UNC is a mobile, non-insulated universal runner heater/proofer cabinet with aluminum construction and forced-air operation.
A dual proof/heat digital control, LED digital thermometer display, circuit breaker, removable control drawer, and adjustable removable chrome wire pan slides support heating and proofing operations. The slides adjust in 2-inch increments.
- Full-height clear doors are field reversible and include a magnetic door latch.
- Two swivel plate casters and two swivel/brake plate casters provide mobility.
- Electrical configuration: 120 V, 60 Hz, single phase, 15.0 amps, 1500 watts, with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
- Certified to NSF and cETLus standards.
