Self-Contained Ventless Hood

Built-in recirculating hood system with integrated filtration and fire protection for locations where traditional ducted ventilation is not practical.

Integrated Convection Oven Base

Includes a convection oven base with stainless steel interior and exterior, full insulation, two-speed fan, and solid-state programmable temperature and timer controls.

Four French Hot Plates

The WVO4HF configuration includes four French-style hot plates for flexible top-side cooking.

4-Stage Filtration System

Uses a grease baffle filter with grease cup, fire-rated fiberglass pre-filter, and HEPA/carbon-charcoal filter pack; filters are removable without tools.

Built-In Fire Suppression

Includes a self-contained ANSUL R-102 fire protection system with tank, nitrogen cartridge, piping, fusible links, nozzles, and manual pull station.

Airflow Monitoring Interlock

Airflow sensors monitor performance and an interlock prevents operation if filters are missing, clogged, or if a fire condition occurs.

Movable Floor Design

Standard front legs and rear mounted rigid casters allow the unit to be repositioned more easily.

Low-Profile Serviceability

Designed to fit through a 36-inch-wide door opening for easier delivery and installation.
