Easy Daily Cleaning
- Allow unit to cool, then remove pans and the fan/element guard.
- Wipe interior with a mild detergent solution using a non-scratch pad (keep the element dry).
- Rinse with a damp cloth, sanitize, air dry and reinstall the guard.
Never immerse the unit or expose the heating element to liquids.
Optional Accessories
- Adapter tops for assorted insets (convert one well to: 2 × 7 qt, 3 × 4 qt, etc.).
- Round insets with lids – 4 qt, 7 qt, 11 qt.
- Extension kit for mounting to wood or plastic countertops (up to 1.5" thick).
