Serve today’s entrées piping hot and tomorrow’s salads perfectly chilled without swapping equipment. This Wells 5-pan drop-in instantly toggles between a wet hot well and a refrigerated cold pan, giving you unmatched menu flexibility from the same counter cut-out.

  • 24 in. flexible conduit lets you mount the control panel exactly where you need it.
  • Foamed-in-place insulation & wrapped refrigeration coil on sides and bottom maximize energy efficiency.
