The Wells HRCP-7100 is a compact, drop-in pan designed for operators who need true hot / cold flexibility without sacrificing counter space. Simply flip the mode switch and the unit seamlessly transitions from a wet hot well to a refrigerated cold pan, giving you unmatched versatility for buffets, salad bars, grab-and-go stations, and more.

- 3" recessed top ledge meets NSF-7, delivering colder product temperatures and a neat, flush installation.
- Self-contained refrigeration (CFC-free R-513A) with 1/4 HP compressor—no remote condensing unit required.
- Automatic water-fill system with water-level sensor & high-limit protection for worry-free wet operation.
- Heavy-duty 18-ga. stainless steel top and coved-corner liner for maximum strength and easy clean-up.
- Central 1" drain speeds end-of-shift cleaning.
- 24" flexible conduit lets you mount the electronic control panel wherever it’s most convenient for staff.
- Includes two (2) stainless pan dividers—ideal for holding fractional pans in either temperature mode.
