Use the whisk attachment for mashed potatoes, egg whites, whipped cream, creams, sauces, mayonnaise, dressings, meringues and batters.
- Whisk beaters may be cleaned by hand or in a dishwasher.
- Do not immerse the whisk gearbox in water or other liquids.
- Do not submerge more than three-quarters of the beater length in the mixture.
- The whisk attachment is not intended to run for extended periods during an individual use.
