French Hotplates

Two 2.0 kW round French plates provide responsive surface heat with infinite heat control switches; the 480V model uses four-position heat switching.

The 24-inch wide griddle has a 7/8-inch thick polished steel plate and thermostatic control that adjusts from 200°F to 500°F.

Standard Oversized Oven

Includes one standard oversized oven with 5 kW input, top browning control, one oven rack, and three rack positions; the oven fits 18 x 26 inch sheet pans.
