The Vulcan 1VHG50AF is a freestanding gas restaurant fryer with a 50 lb capacity per vat, solid state analog knob control, electronic ignition, and a built-in KleenScreen PLUS filtration system.
It features a stainless steel fry pot and cabinet, twin fry baskets, and adjustable casters with two swivel locking and two non-locking casters. Gas input is 75,000 BTU/hr for natural gas or 70,000 BTU/hr for propane.
