The Vollrath 60 inch Heavy-Duty Gas Griddle is engineered for steak houses, diners, clubs and pubs that need even heat, all-day reliability, and a cooking surface tough enough to take constant abuse without a hiccup.

- Five 30,000 BTU custom stainless-steel U-shaped burners (one every 12") deliver fast recovery and edge-to-edge heat.
- Polished 1" thick steel plate maximizes heat retention and resists warping during high-volume rushes.
- Individually controlled zones let you sear steaks on one end while holding pancakes on the other.
- Factory set for natural gas; LP conversion kit included for field changeover.
- Lifetime-guaranteed metal control knobs stand up to daily abuse and high temps.
- Welded plate seams eliminate grease traps, making nightly clean-down quicker.
- Oversized divided stainless-steel drip pan helps prevent messy sloshing when you empty it.
- 2 mm-thick stainless back & side splashes keep food on the griddle, not on your walls.
- Bull-nose front edge protects hands from hot surfaces.
